Section 2.0 – Podcasts
If you bulk buy podcasts, you’re paying for the amount that’s stated.
There’s two pricing structures for paying for episodes.
Pricing Structure #1
Through the website, you can pay upfront for the episodes, per episode or bulk.
Pricing Structure #2
This is usually for the clients that don’t discover us through our website and instead discover us through other methods.
However, if you don’t want to purchase through the website and instead would rather receive an invoice for your bulk-purchase, this can be arranged, just contact us via our email: firstname.lastname@example.org
Invoicing works out slightly differently, you can either pay upfront for all the episode(s) and be invoiced or we’ll invoice per episode at the discounted rate after each episode is completed.
So let’s say you bulk-buy 10 episodes but you don’t want to pay upfront. In week 1, you send us two episodes, you’ll be charged for 2 episodes at the discounted rate, so the invoice would be £110 instead of £130. Week 2, you send us 5 episodes, you’ll be charged for 5 episodes at the discounted rate, so the invoice would be £275 instead of £325.
For each bulk-purchase package, we have a time limit.
If you chose our 5 episode bulk package, there is a 10 week limit. This means after 10 weeks, if you only sent us 3 episodes within that 10 week limit, you will be charged for the remaining episodes, in this case, you will be invoiced £120.
If you chose our 10 episode bulk package, there is a 20 week limit. This means after 20 weeks, if you only sent us 6 episodes within that 20 week limit, you will be charged for the remaining episodes, in this case, you will be invoiced £220.
This avoids any loophole but also gives you an incentive to keep creating episodes to keep growing your podcast!
